Expatriate Insurance Services

There is no question that the expatriate insurance market in Spain represents a significant opportunity to us. Over the course of the last few years, we have found that many UK expats, whilst having settled in Spain, are more comfortable with high-quality insurance service underwritten and brokered by experienced UK insurance professionals providing a standard of service and cover commensurate with that enjoyed in the United Kingdom.

We also recognize that whilst a UK based company offers a more familiar service, it is important that the products and services be fully supported in Spain. For this reason, we are very particular about the underwriters that we use to support this market. We try to ensure that the level of service received in Spain, will be at least a satisfactory as that would be expected in the United Kingdom.

Holiday Properties and Second Homes

In common with expatriate insurance, it is our intention to deliver a service product for holiday home insurance and second home insurance, that is both familiar and consistent with products in the United Kingdom.

Whilst there were many underwriters active in the holiday home in second home market, certain underwriters will place restrictions upon rental and let properties abroad.
